Read More- Rosaleen Wthrive yoga has been great for me. I am a mediocre yogi. Each teacher allows room for all levels of yoga practice. It is very welcoming. At the same time, each teacher is good at asking you to challenge yourself to grow in your practice, your strength, your flexibility, your balance. I took up yoga in my middle years because I believe core strength, flexibility and balance are the holy grail of remaining able-bodied as I age. Thrive yoga is a great place to put this into practice. Rose W
