Meet Our Instructors
Denise Berg
Denise's personal practice is rooted in a diverse array of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Bikram and Yin. She aims to make her classes accessible yet challenging with lighthearted fun! Each class is a blend of movement and stillness, bringing attention to both physical alignment and subtle body awareness. She encourages students of all levels to challenge themselves through mindful movements while providing an uplifting and energetic experience.
Jacqui Bolger
Jacqui has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Inspired to take her practice further and
gain more knowledge, she completed her 200RYT in 2016. Her Restorative Yoga classes encourages students to discover deep peace, giving students the tools they need to restore their parasympathetic nervous system. Jacqui’s power classes allow students to
experience something new physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Kathleen Crosby
On the mat, Kathleen has learned to- be, breathe, embrace stillness, do hard work, and face unexpected challenges with courage. Outside of yoga she enjoys traveling, biking and hiking, along with spending time with family and indulging in crafts and sewing.
